IMPORTANT:
The shipping costs listed are related to a single shipment and are not to be considered binding but rather indicative to ordinary shipments not exceeding 3Kg in weight.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
In the case of exceeding 3Kg in shipping weight, shipping costs will be calculated and communicated with accuracy in relation to the actual weight.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING

Prior to submitting an order, please verify that the shipping address inserted is correct. If we need to re-send an item due to an error in the shipping address provided, additional shipping costs will be charged. Warning: processing of the orders and/or shipping during Italian festivities may suffer from slight delays. In case the order can’t be delivered, the courier will leave a warning note and will contact the customer to establish another delivery date.
Alternatively, it is also possible to contact the courier by telephone referring to the nearest Operating Point and indicating: name, address, and the city of delivery. If De Pretto Moto Srl gives not a different and explicit indication, delivery will be effected at the ground floor.
When the courier delivers the goods, the customer must control that the packet number corresponds to those indicated on the shipping documents anticipated by e-mail; further, the packaging must be without defects and damages, and must not have been bathed or altered in any way, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or strapping). Eventual damages to the packaging and/or to the product, as well as the wrong number of items in the package, must be immediately contested by opposing the written reservation on the proof of delivery of the courier.Once the Courier's document has been signed, the customer or the retailer cannot make any objection about the appearance of the goods delivered.
Any problems concerning the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within eight calendar days from the day of delivery.                                                           
In case of failure to collect within five working days the material in storage at the Courier's warehouse due to the inability to deliver to the address the customer provided, the order will be automatically canceled and shipping expenses will be the debited to the customer or retailer.

TAXES, CUSTOMS TAXES, AND VAT.
Duties and/or import taxes may be imposed by the local government on shipments from foreign countries. These expenses are separated from the expenses of DE PRETTO MOTO Srl and we have no control over them. These costs (if any) are in favor of the local government.
The customer is responsible for the payment of all taxes, duties and/or customs charges imposed by the local government.

CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION

Laws impose to DE PRETTO MOTO Srl to declare a precise monetary value on all the direct expedition outside Italy and to enclose to the expedition the relative commercial invoice or the “pro-forma” (shipping) invoice. DE PRETTO MOTO Srl cannot satisfy eventual demands for the reduction of the order value declared on customs document.

This price list and the following conditions cancel all previous ones.
