Payments and expedition fees

FREE EXPEDITION in the Italian inland
(islands included) to purchasers (NOT RETAILERS) for orders superior
to € 120,00 (VAT not included)
All the prices indicate in the pricelist have to be considered
VAT excluded (VAT percentage: 20%).
The current pricelist and the following sale conditions cancel
all the previous ones.
De Pretto Moto srl reserves the right to modify the pricelist
and the sale conditions at anytime and without warning

Expedition in Italy
Expedition and transport fees will be carried out
by the express courier EXECUTIVE at the cost of €15,00
for each packet.
For orders sent on the Italian inland, the express courier
guarantees delivery within 2/3 work days, except ex traordinary
cases.
IMPORTANT: The transport costs here indicated
are not binding but just referred to the value of ordinary
expeditions. For the extraordinary cases, where weights and
quantities exceed the normal threshold, quotations will be
calculated and exactly communicated after you will have sent
us your demand.
EXPEDITION OUTSIDE ITALY
For expeditions outside the Italian inland, DE PRETTO
MOTO srl entrusts the express courier EXECUTIVE (Europe) or
the express courier EXECUTIVE (USA - Canada).

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT EXPEDITIONS
Before forwarding an order, please verify that the destination
address is correct. If it will be necessary to resend an article
because of an error in the address, we will have to debit you
more expeditions fees.
Attention: the order’s elaboration and expedition times
could be a bit longer during Italian festivities.
In case the order can’t be delivered, the courier will
leave a warning message and will contact the order responsable
to establish the delivery day.
For this aim it is also possible to contact the courier by telephone
addressing to the nearest Operating Point and indicating: name,
address and city of delivery.
If De Pretto Moto srl gives not a different and explicit indication,
delivery will be effected at road flat.
When the courier delivers the goods, customer or retailer must
control that the packet number corresponds to those indicated
on the transport document anticipated by e-mail and that the
packaging is integral, not damaged, bathed or altered in any
other way, also in the closing materials (adhesive tape or strapping).
Eventual damages to the packaging and/or to the product or the
not correspondening of the packet number must be immediately
contested by a writing on the courier delivery receipt to control
the error.
Once signed the courier document, customer or retailer will
not have any other possibility to contest the external characteristics
of delivered goods.
Eventual problems about integrality, correspondence or thoroughness
of the received products must be notified within eight solar
days from the delivery date.
If the goods are not picked up within five work days from the
courier warehouse, because of the continuous impossibility to
deliver the goods at the address indicated in the order by the
customer or the retailer, the order will be automatically cancelled
and the expedition fees will be fully charged to the customer
or the retailer.
FEES, CUSTOM TAXES and VAT
Custom offices and/or import taxes can be imposed by the local
government on expeditions, originally from foreign countries.
Such expenses are separated from expenses of DE PRETTO MOTO srl
and we do not control them. These costs (if present) are on favour
of the local government.
The customer is responsible of the payments of all custom offices
and import taxes imposed by the local government.
CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS
Laws impose to DE PRETTO MOTO srl to declare a precise monetary
value on all the direct expedition outside Italy and to enclose
to the expedition the relative commercial invoice or the “pro-forma”
invoice. DE PRETTO MOTO srl can not satisfy eventual demands for
the reduction of the order value declared on custom documents.
